The

Sr Manager, Global Manufacturing Excellence


will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes on a global scale, ensuring adherence to the 'one best way' methodology.

The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams, implement best practice and lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve consistent operational excellence.

The role will lead the development of procedures and training materials to define the best in class one best way system of operating Krispy Kreme.

The role will support the development of sharing and identifying innovative ways of simplifying the business to deliver quality and productivity.

*QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENTLY BASED IN THE LONDON AREA, UK MARKET*Here's a Taste of What You'll Be DoingnCollaborate with business partner teams and senior leaders to ensure consistency and standardization in manufacturing processes globally.nLead initiatives in manufacturing while exploring and implementing new technologies, automation, and best practices.nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased operational efficiency.nImplement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of optimization initiatives.nUse delivery techniques that bring one best way to life in the most efficient and effective way.nCollaborate with Krispy Kreme country leads in manufacturing and training to identify best procedures and training content, ensuring it is consistently the most relevant and up to date.


Your Recipe for SuccessnA bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related fieldnExperience of dealing with roles at all levels of the businessnStrong background in innovation, process optimization and continuous improvement methodologiesnAn effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross functional teamsnA track record of delivering strategic changenIn-depth knowledge of manufacturing technologies and automation.
