The Global Head of Procurement - Facility Management & Fleet, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing procurement across facility management, real estate, and fleet.

You will lead a team of six procurement professionals, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

nManage a global spend of €450M across facility management, real estate, and fleet categories.nLead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to deliver best-in-class procurement strategies and practices.nCollaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, efficiency, and cost savings.nDevelop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and value for the organization.nLead complex cross-functional projects, taking ownership from conception to execution.


Requirements:

nExtensive procurement experience in facility management, real estate, and fleet categories on a global scale.nStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.nProven track record of delivering significant cost savings and value through strategic procurement initiatives.nExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Professional fluency in English is essential, other EU languages beneficial.nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
