A great opportunity has arisen to join our Customer & Technical Services team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Working as part of an established team who handle all aftersales and technical enquiries, including identifying opportunities to upsell, and aim for first time resolution, making it simple for our customers to do business with us.


Main Responsibilities
- _Answering incoming customer calls and providing clear and concise technical information to customers_
- _Receiving, resolving and replying to customer E Mails_
- _Providing quotations for spare part and special items_
- _Taking orders via telephone for spare parts processing and despatching of orders_

What level of experience will I need?

  • You will need confidence in dealing with customer enquiries
  • A customer service background
  • Proven and effective administration skills
  • Resolution and results driven
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and fully PC literate and IT conversant.
  • Ability to work under pressure when required to meet tight deadlines.
  • A good team player who is able to work alone as well as within a team.
  • Is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services.
