The role sits within the crisis resolution and home treatment team (CRHTT) and the successful applicant will work with adults (aged 18+) experiencing acute mental distress for up to 6 weeks during periods of mental health crisis.

The CRHTT is part of the wider CMHC team providing short and long-term mental health intervention for adults in North Ceredigion.

Working in a compassionate and non-judgemental manner with individuals in acute distress in their own homes, in the community and in health settings.

Delivering low-level short term interventions under the direction of senior practitioners / assistant psychologist to improve psychological wellbeing and resilience of individuals on the team's caseload.
