Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a self-motivated, hotel experienced, well presented and well-organized receptionist to join our small and growing front office team.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience within a hotel reception
• Preferred experience with Guestline
• Rezlynx
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Organised
• Well presented
• Positive attitude
• Fluent English
• Willingness to learn
• Driving Licence would be an advantage due to location
• Full time shift pattern rotating between morning shifts (7am 3pm) and afternoon shifts (3pm 11pm) Including weekends & bank holidays
• We expect a lot, but we'll give a lot to get the right people_

• Customer service: 1 year (required)
