We are seeking a self-motivated, hotel experienced, well presented and well-organized receptionist to join our small and growing front office team.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience within a hotel reception
- Preferred experience with Guestline
- Rezlynx
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organised
- Well presented
- Positive attitude
- Fluent English
- Willingness to learn
- Driving Licence would be an advantage due to location
- Full time shift pattern rotating between morning shifts (7am 3pm) and afternoon shifts (3pm 11pm) Including weekends & bank holidays

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

- English (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
