Our client is expanding, and they are seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to join their team. The primary responsibilities of the role include providing 2nd line technical support and offering on-site assistance at client locations when needed.


Essential:

  • Detailed understanding of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 support
  • Networking expertise
  • Hold a valid UK driving license (manual vehicle)
  • Successful completion of a DBS check

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft Professional Certification
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing Azure solutions
  • WatchGuard certification
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise
  • Experience in supporting Apple Macs
  • Ability to create and manage scripts using PowerShell and Automate RMM tool
  • Experience in managing hosted services for Web, Email, and SQL databases
