Work closely with the Depot Manager, Transport Manager, and Quality Control and Client Relationship Manager to ensure that scheduling is effective, efficient, and correct in order to guarantee timely fuel delivery and provide top-notch service to customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and roster Fuel operators, vans, and equipment for service delivery
  • Monitor and plan delivery routes for vans and Fuel operators
  • Ensure smooth operations in line with Management instructions
  • Generate in-house reports for system data (stock, volumes, etc.)
  • Maintain and oversee systems and equipment in vehicle storage areas
  • Handle ISO reporting
  • Organize vehicle documentation on electronic systems, including MOT's
  • Provide high levels of customer service internally and externally
  • Support Depot Manager in employee performance evaluations and recruitment
  • Ensure all Employees are compliant with training
  • Monitor and address issues with Fuel operators' conduct, client feedback, and overall performance
  • Assist in onboarding new Fuel operators
  • Cover delivery routes as needed
  • Look for ways to reduce costs
  • Prepare reports for CEO, including VPC and DV
  • Adhere to Company procedures and legal requirements
  • Act as a full deputy for Depot Manager when necessary
