Busy brand and design agency is looking for a Jr.

Client Director to work with an exciting array of projects ranging from brand and design, brand strategy /development to product launches to ongoing communications campaigns.

As well as working with the team to ensure the timely delivery of projects, the Jr. Client Director will be wholly responsible for the client relationship and the management of a diverse set of projects.


Business development is an important part of the role, so gravitas and ambition to grow personally and with the agency are hugely important.


You will develop lasting relationships in the process, while at the same time keep a keen eye on profitability and creative excellence.


The ideal candidate will show outstanding all-round communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, confident presentation skills, an understanding of brand design strategy and a love of all things design.

Several years' experience in a creative services business – ideally a brand design agency – but possibly and ad agency or integrated marketing agency are essential.


To be considered, you must demonstrate:

  • Experience of managing projectsn
  • Experience in delivering projects in consumer branding and packaging / employee or corporate branding / consumer of B2B campaigns.n
  • Experience of managing project estimates, monitoring costs and studio time spent to ensure profit margins are maintained, and reporting at regular forecast meetings with the Directors to ensure all projects are billed on time and to schedule.n
  • Helping to manage the weekly studio schedule, ensuring the right type and level of resource (external and internal) is secured.
