In addition you will be provided with a company car and fuel card Key Responsibilities:
  • This role entails conducting door-to-door field sales, where you'll visit customers' homes to promote and sell our broadband product throughout Northern Ireland.
  • You'll be responsible for addressing inquiries about the features and benefits of our products, with comprehensive training provided to ensure proficiency.
  • Driving sales to meet targets while maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships with potential customers will be key.
  • Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal delivery teams and partners, conveying any resident concerns and sharing pertinent local insights.
  • As Fibrus expands its network across Northern Ireland, you'll serve as a representative, showcasing our brand's growth and development.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission
  • On-Target Earnings: £45,000 per annum
  • Car will be provided plus fuel card.
  • Working Hours: 11 am to 8 pm
  • 20 days of Annual Leave plus paid Bank Holidays

Must have:
  • Potential must hold a minimum 2-year clean driving license
Your profile

Qualifications:

  • We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in door-to-door sales within the telecoms or utilities sector, although all relevant sales backgrounds will be considered.
  • In this field sales role, you should feel comfortable engaging with potential customers, showcasing adaptability in your approach to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Handling objections with confidence and demonstrating tenacity are essential skills.
  • We are looking for individuals who are driven and ambitious, continuously striving to surpass their targets and goals.
