About the role:


Your primary role as a Global Mobility Consultant will be to support and manage the end-to-end process to enable successful assignments and permanent transfers.

You will take charge of managing external service suppliers and engaging extensively with employees, serving as the key contact for assignees, HRBPs, and other internal clients in need of Global Mobility and immigration support.


In this position, you will assume the lead consultant role for our Early Careers assignees as they graduate from our Dyson University.

You will provide technical advice and guidance to HR and the business on all aspects of the assignment, including immigration issues.

Your expertise in Global Mobility policies and programs will be invaluable as you offer counsel to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders in selecting the appropriate policy from our newly released suite.

Managing the entire international assignment life cycle for assignees will be one of your essential responsibilities.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the Senior Global Mobility Manager to oversee high-touch, "VIP" services for all senior-level assignees in the APAC region throughout every phase of their international assignments.

You will conduct comprehensive pre-assignment briefings, ensuring assignees understand assignment compensation, relocation processes, policy information, immigration requirements, and health benefits.


As the primary point of contact for relocation vendors, you will take charge of coordinating all aspects of the logístical relocation, including shipping, destination services, and immigration.

If necessary, you will interpret policies and facilitate exception requests.

Your role will be integral to the Global Mobility team and the wider Reward team, actively participating in global initiatives, projects, and the development of processes, procedures, and job tools.

Your commitment to driving excellence and continuously challenging and improving operational efficiency will be key.

  • Previous experience in Global Mobility/Immigration is essential
  • Experience working for a large global organisation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate in a fastpaced global environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Crosscultural sensitivity required
  • Knowledge of WorkDay and Equus' AssignmentPro preferred (training provided)
