I am currently working with an award-winning RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in Oxford. This multi-disciplinary practice is looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their friendly and forward-thinking team. They work across a rangeof business sectors including Education and Healthcare, creating buildings for all kinds of people and organisations

Skills and Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:
- Assist in the design and drawings for building regulations
- Evaluate the health and safety of design
- To implement and manage any issue tender packages
- Able to produce high quality technical drawings
- Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
Essentials needed for this Architectural Technician role:
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit
- Able to use all facets of Microsoft office
- In depth knowledge of building regulations and planning rules
- Good organisational and presentational skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
