Technology Services, where this role will sit, is a new department within IT and is accountable for the ownership of the strategic platforms within the university

Examples include:
the University's Data Exchange (UDX); Student Information Systems, ServiceNow, Salesforce and a new ERP.

This will include providing leading practice Enterprise Architecture expertise in transforming the University's current state Enterprise Architecture, and building the Enterprise Architecture practice as a bridge between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities will include helping shape the strategic direction of the technology estate, including cloud strategy, engaging with the business to ensure join-up of strategic direction; This role has been established to provide a proactive and holistic approach to the delivery of transformation and optimisation initiatives within the University.
