About The Role

SBFM is one of the UK's leading and fastest growing soft FM service providers, offering a full range of professional cleaning services nationwide.

Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to join our business in the London West & Cambridge area.

Uniform, equipment and products will be provided, and in addition to working with an enthusiastic team you will have access to a range of benefits which include Retail, Transport, Visitor attractions and Healthcare discounts.

Hours of work & salary:

  • £40,000 p/a
  • 40 hours per week
  • Flexibility on working hours will be required, along with some weekend work – There maybe instances where you are required to travel outside of your Region to support business needs which may result in some overnight travel.

The role will include:

  • Daily review of Time & Attendance reports – analyses trends & drive correct behaviours
  • Establishing excellent relationships with Customers
  • Monitoring all SLAs/KPIs
  • Operating to budget
  • Reporting missed shifts to customer & line manager
  • Ensuring colleague inductions are completed with all training requirements completed
  • Driving recruitment
  • Audit Completion
  • Ad Hoc site visits to check & validate cleaning standards, ensure all compliance documents are in place & all personal files are up to date
  • Deal with all HR/ER cases effectively
  • Preparing, executing & reporting on action plans
  • Preparing & delivering monthly / quarterly business performance reports

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Full driving licence.
  • Experience in successfully managing a large team delivering high value turnover.
  • Management of Health and Safety policy and standards.
  • PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office.
