Our client is looking to build up a domestic routine to help him look after his own home, and you will be very involved in motivating and encouraging this.

As for our client getting out and about, you'll need your own car and be a confident driver. Most journeys will be local, say for shopping or the gym.

10) To provide assistance and support as directed by the Case Manager, and to be responsible to the client via the Case Manager.
