Your role as chef will require a number of different responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Ensure all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
  • Ensure presentation standards are always adhered to.
  • Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget and availability of ingredients.
  • Overseeing all kitchen operations.
  • Taking stock of ingredients and equipment's and ensuring orders are placed to replenish where required.
  • Enforcing safety and sanitation standards.
  • Follow environmental health and food hygiene standards throughout including but not limited to the documentation of the Food Hygiene diary.
  • Create new recipes to keep the menu fresh and inviting
  • Ensure all good prep is done in a timely manner
  • Be responsible for health and safety in the kitchen

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
