The main areas of the Team Member responsibilities include: (Full-Timer ONLY)

  • Assisting the Store Manager to maintain a high quality of store operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain sandwich quality. You will assist in leading and motivating the team.
  • Ensure that the store cleanliness standards and operations are be adhered to
  • Ensure tools provided are in place and followed by team members in order to maintain high standards
  • Assist with stock control, cash ins and banking
  • Serve customers to the highest standards providing an exceptional customer experience every time
  • Encourage the team to up sell on products and drive thru put
  • Motivating the team to achieve goals and targets
  • Practical hands on role, leading by example.
  • Completes University of Subway Courses as directed

Good time keeping and attendance is a necessity and keeping a good record will set the example to other team members.

The working hours are approximately 35-45 hours per week. We are seeking applicants who are fully flexible and able to work all hours
