- Assisting the Store Manager to maintain a high quality of store operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain sandwich quality. You will assist in leading and motivating the team.
- Ensure that the store cleanliness standards and operations are be adhered to
- Ensure tools provided are in place and followed by team members in order to maintain high standards
- Assist with stock control, cash ins and banking
- Serve customers to the highest standards providing an exceptional customer experience every time
- Encourage the team to up sell on products and drive thru put
- Motivating the team to achieve goals and targets
- Practical hands on role, leading by example.
- Completes University of Subway Courses as directed
