Team Member Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers/prepare food, maintain food safety
  • Customer service and willingness to learn
  • Preparing food neatly, accurately and in a timely way.
  • Understand menu items and explain to customers
  • Ensure front sandwich counter is fully stocked and clean
  • Understand and adhere to all quality standards/formulas/procedures.
  • Accounts for cash, stock during the shift, take payment, provide change
  • Clean customer area/prep rooms as required
  • Understands food handling/safety standards
  • Complete checklists/light paperwork on the shift
