Your New RoleIn your new role, you will have the chance to take ownership of and responsibility for your own workload.
You will need to hit the ground running and be prepared to tackle complex issues and high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Consultant,you will be expected to work well as a part of a wider team but also work autonomously, knowing when to escalate issues if required.
Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the Consultants in your team.You will supportin the coordination of multi-jurisdiction managed service engagements, including transition, health checks, on-going delivery and event driven changes.
You will be required to advise international and domestic clients on entity management, governance, andtransaction related matters, together with managing the delivery of governance advisory and managed service client engagements.
As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for the provision of services for a number of large client portfolios, working with your employer's specialist software and technology to meet SLAs and deliver an exceptional service to your clients.
You will havethe chance to work with management on a wide range of projects, such as entity rationalisations, M&A, change management and corporate change services, all on a global scale.
You will contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives, and support businessmanagement and operational matters as and when required.
You will be required to administer the on-boarding of new clients in accordance with your employers' policies and processes, and collaborate with the Finance Team to prepare client invoices and supportingnarratives.
What You'll Need to SucceedTo succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience in global entity management or global corporate experience within professional services or industry.
You will have a desire to pursue a career within professional services and developa wide range of global corporate services knowledge, entity management, governance and transaction related knowledge and experience.
You will need to bring advanced communication skills to the role, together with a keen work ethic and strong team working skills.
You will be expected to have experience at building effective working relationships at all levels, with both clients and colleagues, and to have strong project management skills.
You will have an eye for detail and have experience at delivering to tight deadlines.Alongside this you will need strong written English, numeracy, analytical, and comprehension skills, and be able to show resilience and composure under pressure.
To work effectivelyin this role, you will have advanced IT skills (including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and possess experience of using legal entity management technology.
