- Provide excellent nursing care, utilise specialist knowledge, actively participate, and contribute to management/coordination of the department, support and deputise for the unit manager, supervise and mentor junior staff.
- Specialist knowledge in renal nursing and haemodialysis replacement therapy; ensure education and training opportunities for patients and staff including pre and post registration students.

Main duties of the job
Band 6
St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Renal Services are recruiting for a haemodialysis senior staff nurse.
The renal unit looks after kidney disease patients including acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and renal transplantation.
Opportunities to develop clinical and managerial knowledge, skills, and leadership potential.
Applicants must hold a recognised renal course and mentorship/practice assessor qualification.
