REFY Beauty is a leading beauty brand established in 2020. Our passion and goal is to redefine beauty, encouraging you to embrace you.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Consultant to join the REFY team within the beauty department of Selfridges, Birmingham.

This role requires a great understanding of the beauty industry and a want to inspire others.

You will be up to date with the latest influencer trends, always reflecting what REFY Beauty represents and have a passion for driving exceptional customer experience that resonates with the REFY audience.

You will have experience of achieving sales targets and KPIs and have previous retail experience.
Join us in continuing to take the beauty world by storm

This role is 24 hours per week, fully flexible over 3 days based on our counter within Selfridges, Birmingham.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for delivering the REFY business objectives and striving to achieve personal and team counter goals and targets.
Embracing the REFY service & experience and following training guidelines and standards.
Ensuring you and the counter reflect the REFY brand standards and image at all times.
Responsible for providing the REFY customer service and experience to the highest standard at all times.
Responsible for recruiting new customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clientele. Responsible for ensuring replenishment and stock levels are maintained.

Additional duties and responsibilities according to the needs of the business and as requested by the Sales Manager or other REFY Management.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
Experience and knowledge of the Beauty Industry and the Luxury Retail environment.
Proven experience in driving sales and KPs as an individual.
Excellent customer service skills and selling skills.
An experienced relationship building and clientelling background.
Experience & knowledge of social media and have social media presence.
