You will be joining a small, busy department where you will have the responsibility for processing high volume expenses claims and handling queries.

You will receive a salary of up to £25k per annum + excellent benefits. Working hours are hybrid - 2 days office based.

Responsibilities:
to reconcile core balance sheet reconciliations and ensure outstanding items are looked at in a timely manner

  • To process expenses and credit card payments
  • Follow processes
  • Checking and confirming compliance
  • Authorising supplier invoices
  • Uploading information to Accounts Payable
  • Arranging payments
  • Allocation
  • Reconciliations

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proven track record of delivering work accurately and on time
  • Ability to communicate over the phone and in person
