Expenses Administrator

Are you an experienced accounts administrator or accounts payable clerk looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a fast paced and successful organisation? If so, then please read on.
You will be joining a small, busy department where you will have the responsibility for processing high volume expenses claims and handling queries.
Responsibilities:
to reconcile core balance sheet reconciliations and ensure outstanding items are looked at in a timely manner
- To process expenses and credit card payments
- Follow processes
- Checking and confirming compliance
- Authorising supplier invoices
- Uploading information to Accounts Payable
- Arranging payments
- Allocation
- Reconciliations
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Proven track record of delivering work accurately and on time
- Ability to communicate over the phone and in person
