The role
Full-Time Office Assistant
Ampthill, Bedfordshire
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
One hour for lunch daily
As an Office Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.
No task is too small - your responsibilities will range from keeping the kitchen tidy and well-stocked, to preparing lunch for meetings, and everything in between.
While primarily based in the Accounts Department, you will provide vital support to the team, with full training provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, ensuring all communal areas, especially the kitchen, are tidy and stocked.Perform administrative tasks as required, including but not limited to, document filing, managing supplies, and handling correspondence.
Assist in preparing and coordinating logistics for meetings, including arranging lunches and setting up meeting spaces.
Provide support to the Accounts Department, assisting with data entry, invoice processing, and other tasks as needed.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to manage office supplies and maintenance issues.
Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment through proactive engagement and cooperation with the team.
These tasks and responsibilities will evolve over time.

Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
