About the Company:

We are collaborating with a top Residential Main Contractor in need of a Freelance Quantity Surveyor. This company specializes in residential projects and is currently experiencing rapid growth. They have recently secured a project in Wimbledon, involving 93 apartments across 2 blocks with a basement worth £46 million. The project follows a Design & Build contract for a large housing association.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site-based QS role
  • Procurement management
  • Package management
  • Cost reporting
  • Reporting to a Commercial Manager

Requirements:

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in main contracting, particularly in residential construction. While residential experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate is commercial-minded, detail-oriented, and motivated.

Additional Information:

This role offers at least a 6-month contract with potential for permanent placement for the right individual. Please note that applicants must be eligible to work in the UK to be considered.
