Job Title: Site Cleaner

The Site Cleaner role at OCS UK & Ireland involves maintaining high cleanliness standards within specified areas, minimizing waste accumulation, and collaborating with the site team. Additionally, undertaking janitorial tasks as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness to the highest standard, especially during peak hours.
  • Comply with company policies and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Maintain personal appearance and uniform according to company guidelines.
  • Complete assigned domestic tasks and keep equipment clean and safe.
  • Report any pest infestation signs promptly.

Critical Performance Measures / Objectives:

  • Maintain personal hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to local rules and policies.
  • Communicate with supervisor if unable to complete tasks.
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO 9002 requirements.
  • Promote a safe work environment and report any issues to the Site Manager.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 in Healthcare and BICS cleaning certificate preferred.
  • Prior cleaning experience desired, but training will be provided.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to escalate concerns through appropriate channels.
