Position: Breakfast Chef (Temporary to Permanent)

Location: Edinburgh

Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour

Rota: 5 days over 7; early starts

The Role:

We are looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our team in Edinburgh.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and serving breakfast
  • Adhering to breakfast menu specifications with attention to detail.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining optimal stock levels, and providing staff training
  • Taking ownership of kitchen expenses, ensuring profitability without compromising on quality.
  • Reporting to the head chef
The ideal candidate:
