Customer Service Advisor - The Role:
- Be the main point for Technical advice for all stakeholders
- Work with the wider customer services team to deliver technical advice and solutions, keeping the customer informed throughout.
- Ensure all administration is completed to a high level
- Use the database systems and technology to deliver great customer service
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by Customer Service Manager
- Implement the Company returns and warranty processes
- Identify and highlight opportunities to enhance the Customer Experience
- A technical background would be an advantage but this isn't essential
- Telephone based customer service experience
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- High degree of attention to detail
- Good IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Windows
- Enthusiasm & an excellent team player
