Red Hot Property is a well-known name in the Hexham area and has been helping customers let, buy and sell properties.

The Castledene Group consists of a ten branch network. With offices spread across four well-known brands, our branches cover a large area from North Yorkshire to Northumberland.


Red Hot was launched in 2008, to create a company which would give property clients the best possible standards of service.

We set out to treat people with professionalism, respect, unfailing honesty and ultimately to help achieve their goals when it comes to selling their home.

Since 2008 we've grown into a twelve-branch network with prominently positioned offices across five brands. Our branches cover a large area from Northumberland to North Yorkshire.

What are we looking for?


We are looking to recruit an experienced and competent Sales Negotiator to join our fantastic team at our busy Hexham office.


Estate agency experience is preferable although training will be provided and as Winners of the Sunday Times Letting agency of the year awards as well as achieving gold in investors in people you can rest assured you will be working for a fantastic company with lots of opportunity.

A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator

  • You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team
  • You will prioritize and follow up all leads
  • You will arrange viewings and follow up on viewing feedback from the previous day
  • You will have a keen eye for opportunity and business development
  • You will take and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
  • You will progress sales pipeline
A clean driving licence is preferred but not essential. The company will pay 45p per mile for any business miles.


The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday as well as a Saturday morning as per branch rota.
