As a pivotal member of our international development team, you'll support with strategies to expand our presence in the French and Dutch markets, cultivate partnerships with publishers, manage publisher catalogues and coordinate our international events programme.

Key Tasks:

Publisher Management:

nrelationships with new and existing partners, exploring additional business avenues.npersuasive pitches to potential publishers, addressing their specific needsnwith partners to resolve distribution issues and ensure accurate metadata for audiobook budgets and identify lucrative partnership opportunities.nregular account reviews and handle publisher co-negotiating with key new audiobook services in the French and Dutch markets.

nsenior management in tendering processes and contract renewals

Marketing:

nand plan special promotions on key titles across our Lismio marketing channels (social media, app, webapp)nand manage the budget for French and Dutch marketing campaignsnrelationships and work with external freelancers to design assets for press kits.nmonthly highlights and seasonal promotions to our key digital sales platforms (DSPs)nthe curation of our Spotify profiles.nanalyse, and report on the performance of strategic social media plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Support for Legal and Operations:
nwith legal teams to finalise agreements and onboard new content operations teams to streamline content delivery processes.

Reporting:
nregular updates to senior management on market and revenue progression.nmonthly management reports and review quarterly royalty reports.

The ideal candidate will bring

following skills and knowledge:

to develop and maintain relationships with our French and Dutch publishers and various partners and stakeholdersnbring market curiosity and are results-driven, always looking for new opportunitiesnstrong confident communicator, whether that's negotiations, pitching and presenting, or working collaboratively with internal teamsnworking in the publishing industry and knowledge of the audiobook sector is highly desirablento manage multiple high-stake projects & prioritise tasksnto adapt to changing market conditions and business prioritiesnEnglish must be your first language for effective communication.

Fluency in one or more foreign languages is highly desirable
