We are looking for an APPRENTICE ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to join our small team at Malton who oversee all four dealerships.

Working with other colleagues will be trained in a variety of accounts tasks including but not restricted to:

  • Sage Payroll input
  • Computime time keeping platform
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Petty Cash
  • Inputting Bank payments
  • Sales Ledger Statements
  • Service and Parts Dept Cash allocation
  • Debt Collection
  • Credit Card Refunds
  • Cash Allocation
  • Account reconciliations
You will have excellent IT/excel skills and organisation skills and be very self motivated to learn new skills.

You must have a minimum Grade 4, or equivalent, Maths and English GCSE.

Salary is dependent on age. You will be encouraged to enroll on an appropriate Accountancy course as part of your apprenticeship.
