A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become an Outreach Worker in Knowsley We hope this role will be for you.


Responsibilities:

Do you want to work for a caring organisation that believes in people?


As a part of the Change Grow Live team in Knowsley, you'll help people get to where they want to be and make a difference in their lives.

This role will be dedicated to supporting our most vulnerable to get into treatment and may mean taking our service to them.


We are looking for enthusiastic individuals and friendly faces to get out and about in our local community and promote the service.


You will have some experience of engaging with individuals with multiple and/or complex needs and demonstrate a determined approach to finding solutions.


No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.


You will have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important.

But most of the time you will be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.

Please note, a driving licence is essential for this role.
