Labourer, Maintenance and General Assistant

We are looking to add to our maintenance team with an Labourer or Assistant or Apprentice who has a can do attitude that will include day to day maintenance, assisting the experienced tradesmen on various projects.

Learning painting, woodwork, plumbing skills. How to use a drill and other tools. Also it would include overseeing the surroundings and car park. General cleaning of the exterior or interior including our hot tub and sauna. Possible going for supplies, keeping laundry maintained and up to date. Cleaning of windows and all other needs to ensure we are the best we can be.
There will be the opportunity to work in other properties too near to our main base. This would be General maintenance to full on house refurbishment. Driving would be used too as we have two vans.

There will be the opportunity to work with other tradesmen to learn skills.

If we have the right person there could be a great future as an all rounded maintenance/ house refurbishment role.

Pay will be dependent on experience but will take into consideration being employed with holidays and other employee benefits.
