Introduction to the role:
Key responsibilities:
- Administering the company's membership on procurement portals and frameworks.
- Conduct indepth research on prospective clients, competitors, and market trends to inform bid strategies and positioning.
- Locate suitable tender and framework opportunities and present these to stakeholders.
- Timely planning, management and completion of allocated selection questionnaires and tender submissions through the various stages of the procurement process.
- Constructing relevant answers which clearly answer the client's requirements and portray the company in the best possible light.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the process, whilst obtaining and sharing best practices with the team.
- Undertaking research for the team to improve bid content.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of CQC regulations, standards, and guidelines applicable to complex care services.
- Reviewing calloffs in order to identify other potential opportunities.
To be considered for the role you must closely match the following criteria:
- From a hospital group setting or similar with extensive proven success of completion
- Excellent understanding of tender frameworks.
- Understanding of CQC regulations, CCG, LA & NHS England commissioning portals.
- An expert in creating professionally written proposals.
- Excellent presentation skills to pitch content, with the ability to convey complex information concisely.
- Strong research and analytical skills to understand needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- A genuine interest in working with vulnerable adults in a community setting.

- Degreelevel education in English Language, creative writing or similar
