About the Role

  • Leading in the development of complex technical solutions and managing the workload of developers in the team.
  • Providing technical advice and guidance to other software developers both proactively and reactively.
  • Ensuring that all code meets Royal London Group standards, guidelines, and quality gates for specific technologies.
  • Promoting close collaboration with other disciplines within the team and with related teams.
  • Playing an active role in sharing knowledge and experiences related to your technical area of expertise at the practice level.

About You

  • Hands-on development experience in .Net and Angular with a track record of successfully delivering and leading changes in complex applications.
  • A passion for promoting a modern and inclusive culture.
  • Effective in managing your own workload while also scheduling and assigning work to other developers.
