Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Primis. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software products and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software products, ensuring they meet the required quality and functionality standards.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and test software solutions.
  • Work closely with the product management team to understand product requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong technical skills in C#,.NET Core, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
