Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Management Senior Specialist. We are seeking a self-driven professional with a passion for facilities management.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of services by our IFM provider, ensuring cost-effective and efficient coordination of site FM activities and projects.

You will play a vital role in aligning our FM operations with our business needs and strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operations of our London office and laboratory facilities delivered through our outsourced IFM partner.
  • Partner with site leadership and our IFM provider to optimize service delivery and establish service levels aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee the delivery of engineering, hard and soft services through our IFM provider.
  • Manage the IFM governance process through KPI's and SLA's aligned with our global program
  • Manage performance, savings targets, and expense budgets of our IFM provider.
  • Identify cost savings and innovation opportunities in building operations and service delivery.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to align vision and strategies with regional objectives.
  • Drive a culture of safety and quality compliance with our outsourced IFM provider.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental responsibility, health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the IFM provider to maintain Permanent Inspection Readiness (PIR) across all sites.
  • Implement proactive selfinspection programs to identify and correct compliance issues.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and safety across all sites.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Facility Management, engineering, or related technical environment.
  • Thorough understanding of hard and soft service delivery, projects and safety and quality compliance.
  • Experienced with landlord relationships for leased premises.
  • Experience managing outsourced service providers and diverse site services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer/client relationship management.
  • Conflict resolution and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to make timely decisions and drive change.
  • High personal integrity, credibility, and energy.
  • Proven ability to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives.
