Facilities Management Senior Specialist

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of services by our IFM provider, ensuring cost-effective and efficient coordination of site FM activities and projects.
You will play a vital role in aligning our FM operations with our business needs and strategic vision.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operations of our London office and laboratory facilities delivered through our outsourced IFM partner.
- Partner with site leadership and our IFM provider to optimize service delivery and establish service levels aligned with business needs.
- Oversee the delivery of engineering, hard and soft services through our IFM provider.
- Manage the IFM governance process through KPI's and SLA's aligned with our global program
- Manage performance, savings targets, and expense budgets of our IFM provider.
- Identify cost savings and innovation opportunities in building operations and service delivery.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to align vision and strategies with regional objectives.
- Drive a culture of safety and quality compliance with our outsourced IFM provider.
- Ensure compliance with environmental responsibility, health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the IFM provider to maintain Permanent Inspection Readiness (PIR) across all sites.
- Implement proactive selfinspection programs to identify and correct compliance issues.
- Foster a culture of compliance and safety across all sites.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Facility Management, engineering, or related technical environment.
- Thorough understanding of hard and soft service delivery, projects and safety and quality compliance.
- Experienced with landlord relationships for leased premises.
- Experience managing outsourced service providers and diverse site services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer/client relationship management.
- Conflict resolution and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to make timely decisions and drive change.
- High personal integrity, credibility, and energy.
- Proven ability to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives.
