Qualifications

  • You're passionate about fitness, health, and wellness?
  • You have at least one year of sales AND customer service experience.
  • Communication and collaboration are your strong suits
  • You are comfortable using CRM and IT systems.
  • You are an early riser.

Client Services:

  • Greet clients and assist them with Orangetheory Fitness services
  • Onboard new clients complete medical waivers and create profiles in our pointofsale system
  • Drive sales and membership packages.
  • Serve as an expert on OTF products and services.

Store Operations:

  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.
  • Lead on the floor and embody OTF's core values.

Team Support by assisting with:

  • Organize and conduct instore and offsite events.
  • Social media outreach and management.

Our Membership consultants, along with our Coaches, are the face of each location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and assisting them with Orangetheory's Coaching services
  • Onboarding new clients this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our pointofsale system
  • Driving sales to boost studio revenue through service packages and memberships
  • Performing opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.
  • Serve as an expert on OTF products and services.
  • Lead on the floor and embody Orangetheory's core values.
  • Assist the management team with store marketing and community outreach.
  • Assist the management team with the onboarding of new Membership consulatants, including onthejob training and shadowing.
  • Assist the management team with social media outreach and management.
  • Working on an early/late/weekend shift rota.

About Us_
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving.

In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up their metabolism.

The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).

After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
