This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join the Rough Sleepers Mental Health Project.

The team works across City, Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham with existing outreach services to support people who sleep rough to help them get the right mental health care.

The post is part time, 15 hours a week and the post holder will be based in Tower Hamlets.


To provide a high quality, comprehensive Administrative service, to the Rough Sleepers Mental Health Project (RAMHP) by efficiently working with team members, Consultants, Senior Managers and the Operational Lead to accomplish all activities required for RAMHP and its Commissioners.

The post holder will provide an efficient and responsive administrative provision.

They will be responsible for:

  • Providing day to day administrative support to the team
  • Developing effective administrative systems and processes
  • Support the Operational Lead to collect data to effectively monitor the performance of services and working with multidisciplinary team to make improvements


The post holder will need to be able to work under their own initiative to meet the needs of a busy service.
