Body Shop Advisor to join them and provide a 5 star front of house service for their customers.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries
  • Directs visitors by via employee and department directories
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring visitors book
  • Maintains telephone system by following Company instructions for phone operations
  • Creates a safe and clean Reception and waiting area(s) by complying Site requirements
  • Process customer and work provider enquires and bookings
  • Providing updates for customer and work providers for repairs in progress
  • Complete customer vehicles check in for repairs and handover at completion
  • Completing certificates for repairs
  • Contributes to the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Coordinates stationery and refreshment replenishment systems efficiently
  • Maintain records within the internal database on a daily basis
  • Assists with office administration tasks as required
