Overview:

Duties:

  • Manage and supervise onsite activities to meet operational objectives
  • Coordinate with staff to allocate tasks and ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor site progress and address any issues promptly
  • Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • Train and mentor new employees on site procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess site conditions and compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts as required
