This is a freelance contract P/D role at Bloody Norah TV. Availability We may need availability for some dates in July, with more full-time commitment in August and September.

Knowledge & Passion This factual entertainment series will suit someone interested in sport and entertainment, and will be ideal for someone who is adept at setting a style and crafting a first series. The budget and schedule will need to be carefully managed, and we expect this person to take their leadership role seriously and work closely across all departments. Training Training and mentoring of entry level production team will be key on this project, as will adhering to our company mission, ensuring that the working environment is inclusive, equal, diverse and that the safeguarding of our team and contributors is a priority. Skills Organisational skills – personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are key
Be confident, pro-active and have the ability to work well as a team and to use their initiative when working by themselves.
Communication skills – ability to lead a team, manage diverse personalities and viewpoints; the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital
Role modelling – demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives and culture of an organisation
Coaching and mentoring – you will be proficient in developing skills in your talent
Good relationships - with crew, production talent, on screen agents and HODs
Confidence - Responds to changing circumstances and is resilient, flexible, and willing to depart from plans when occasion demands
Collaboration - Work harmoniously in a team, whilst understanding the responsibility of authority and need to refer up when appropriate Experience TV Production, Pre-production, Production and Post production skills
Ability to create realistic schedules to allow for the best use of time when shooting.
A confident self shooter with a creative flair and vibrant imagination.
Ability to identify story threads and follow what is a new emerging story
An understanding of how things might play out in the edit.
Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Technical knowledge, and flair for Producing location shoots
Flair for producing and working with contributors and on screen talent
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of the unscripted TV industry and UK broadcasters requirements
Experience with legal, business and finance production deliverables
