About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator position to work within the Amazon team. Supporting with day-to-day tasks within the Amazon department, including problem solving, investigating, looking for improvements and general admin jobs.

  • Uploading new products, additional content to the catalogue and review product recommendations to assist sales growth and provide a full comprehensive view of all our available products.
  • Ensure accuracy on product details and dimensions, to ensure our customers have clear information of the product.
  • Corresponding with stakeholders across various branches and companies, to ensure efficiency is maintained across the business.
  • Maintaining stock lists, enabling customer requirements are met.
  • Monitoring deliveries and operational performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and reducing customer chargeback.
  • Support promotional activity, to drive customers to our product.
  • Supporting purchase order management including Amazon Europe, to ensure delivery in a timely manner.
  • Processing orders and credits, ensuring our systems balance.
  • Inventory management, to support our branches manage incoming dropship orders.
  • Investigating and disputing chargeback related issues, to resolve queries to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities that are commensurate with the role and within your capability, as and when required to ensure the company continues to operate efficiently.

  • We're looking for an individual who has a great personality and work ethic, is prompt and punctual, keen to learn and expand their skillset.
  • You will be required to demonstrate dedication and take ownership of your role, which is crucial in a small team.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritise.
  • A selfmotivated and organised individual who is able to work on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
  • Good level of accuracy and data entry skills
  • Computer literate with Excel skills is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Vendor Central would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Flexible approach when asked to carry out different tasks
