We are currently seeking an experienced, driven, strategic Business Development Director with a strong background in software sales.

You will be responsible for building a compelling GTM strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and securing new relationships across an array of customers within the EMEA region, particularly at the CXO level.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans, identifying new market opportunities and positioning the company as a leader within specific verticals.

Lead and manage the established software sales team, providing guidance and direction to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Foster a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring continuous skill development and motivation.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, analyze market data, and gather customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and presales, to ensure alignment in achieving overall business objectives.

Proven track record of successful software sales and business development in a leadership capacity.
Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans in accordance with business policies.
Understanding of the Oil & Gas industries is essential.
