This is a rare opportunity to join a very established and high-performing kitchen team in one of Clifton's most popular restaurants - openings in the Racks kitchen team don't crop up very often, so if you want to be a part of the action get in touchAt Quarter, our goal is to have kitchen teams that are happy and productive - our chefs don't work crazy hours, have supportive Head Chefs who are all willing to develop the teams' skills and a good work life balance, with Christmas off each year and a rota pattern that you can plan around
Hours:
Full time - 45 hours per week on a rota basis
Hourly rate:
Package of £30,180 - this comprises a basic salary of £28,080 per hour plus £1500 per annum performance-related bonus and approx.
£600 per annum service charge bonus.Signing on bonus:
You will receive a £250 signing on bonus, paid upon successful completion of your probation period.
A typical week - As Chef de Partie at Racks Bar & Kitchen you will be part of a close team who work hard to get the job done but have fun at the same time You will be helping to supervise more junior chefs and will also get to contribute ideas to menus.

You love to cook and are passionate about providing our customers with excellent food. Ideally, youll have some experience within a similar busy kitchen but this is not a requirement - it's more important that you have great skills, a passion for food and the right attitude
This would be a great opportunity for an existing Chef de Partie who is looking to build upon previous experience and knowledge in a thriving and successful restaurant or for a confident Commis chef or Demi Chef de Partie looking to take a step up in their career.
