Hours


37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 30 minute lunch break, 4 days at 8am - 4pm, and 1 day a week at 9am - 5pm.


Option for 1 day a week, remote working but this is not set in stone if the business demands 5 days in office.


The Job:

Are you self-motivated with a can do attitude? Are you able to work in a high volume environment where understanding the importance of delivery against client service levels is critical?

We require you to provide Records Management and Archiving operational archive services to our Research and Development division.

Please note,
prior Records Management experience is not required. We will provide training on this. We are looking for someone enthusiastic and energetic to bring something to the team

Key Responsibilities

  • Archiving physical records within the local archive facility, including slides, wax blocks and biological specimens stored in formalin where necessary.
  • Conducting quality control checks of the indexes and makes necessary changes.
  • Performing document scanning operations as required, for materials received as hardcopy.
  • Carrying out all duties with due regard to Health & Safety and security standards.
