The Client:

Our client is an industry leader specialising in mechanical, electrical, and public health systems for the built environment. They deliver high-level designs and are proud to be consistently listed in Building Magazine.

The Role:


They are seeking an
electrical engineer at associate level with good leadership skills to join their management team to head up the designs for the client base.

You will
ideally be a chartered engineer with skills to be able to take on both new
build and refurbishmentprojects commencing with a high-level overview.


Requirements:

  • Minimum CEng Qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Considerable proven track record of successfully coordinating and delivering projects within the public and private sector.
  • Good understanding of contractual procedures and solid experience in electrical design.
  • Extensive proven track record of engaging and negotiating with senior management and peers on projects.
  • Proven track record of engaging with and influencing peers outside of formal management relationships.
  • Proven track record of a commitment to and effective implementation of consistent standards and metrics.
  • Extensive practical knowledge of managing project teams coupled with the understanding to select frameworks/tools that are appropriate to particular circumstances.
  • Ability to prioritise and to think strategically about the timing and way of delivering project information.
  • Ability to identify project resource requirements.
  • Strong writing skills for producing written reports.

  • Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm (Office based)
