Recruitment Branch Manager - Education Sector

Requirements: 2 years of recruitment experience (temp ideally)
We provide both long term and short term staffing solutions to local primary, secondary and SEN schools.
You will be tasked with liaising with key stakeholders in the schools and developing business relationships, as well as recruiting teachers and teaching assistants to extend your grow your candidate pool.
All our managers are billing managers, so you will need to balance your personal target and that of the branchMentoring the team and ensuring maximum performance
Responsible for all aspects of the branch performance and service delivery
