The Crown is a friendly, family-owned pub in the heart of Cirencester. Due to the retirement of our wonderful cleaner, we are looking for a new cleaner to join our team.

Hours are -
Wednesday to Sunday 9am to 12pm (Slight flexibility available on start/ finish times).

Opportunity for overtime and ideally you will assist us with covering some team holidays.

Minor manual lifting and bending are necessary for the role. You also get your "steps" in whilst vacuuming and mopping large areas

Working as part of a two person team each day, responsibilities will include

  • Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
  • Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies
  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces within the pub
  • Wiping down tables, chairs and preparing the pub for customers
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy exterior of the pub (sweeping, dusting)
  • Cleaning toilets, sinks, tiles
  • Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing toilet seats, unclogging sinks
  • Sweeping and cleaning the beer garden, watering hanging baskets and flower boxes
  • Taking out rubbish bins

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary:
£9.00-£10.50 per hour
