About the role.
We are looking for experienced and resilient Support Workers with a background in supporting people with Mental Health and behaviours that challenge.
She likes to use social media but can find that this affects her anxiety and her fluctuating mental health.
She enjoys interacting with her team and wishes to go out and explore the local area and its amenities, loves shopping along with making new friends.
Her aim is to be more independent and will need advocates to help her build confidence and accomplish any new goals she sets herself to achieve.
At times, she can seem overwhelmed and will need reassurance from those around her to manage these emotions, tactfully adapting communication styles and being empathetic along with encouraging her to complete daily tasks.

We are a not for profit and social enterprise support provider for adults and young adults who have learning disabilities and/or autism.
We support people to live in their own homes, with their own tenancies and our model of support is a practice called Positive Behaviour Support.
Our CEO Jonathan Beebee is a registered Learning Disabilities Nurse and qualified Behaviour Analyst.We are a medium-sized organisation supporting 35 people across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire and Oxfordshire and with a workforce of just over 200.
As an Enablement Assistant you will have the support of a team of people dedicated to supporting that person.You will also be able to access support from the Deputy Enablement Manager, the Enablement Manager, and the Positive Behaviour Support Clinician who provide you and the team with management and leadership.
Your shift pattern may consist of day shifts, waking nights and sleeps.Be the change
