We want great residential support workers We're offering the opportunity to work for a great little respite care home. We are a 6-bed respite care home for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex needs.

The Job


We are seeking new Support Workers, we have day and late shifts and can offer full and part time contracts.

You will be working alternate weekends.

Our shift pattern is usually:

  • Early shift 08:00am to 15:00pm
  • Late shift 15:00pm to 22:00pm
  • Night shift 22:00 to 09:00am

We Are Looking For

  • The ability to build positive professional relationships with residents and colleagues in a team.
  • Someone who offers consistent and friendly support with attention to detail.
  • Good judgement and a sense of responsibility.
  • Experience of working with people with mental health conditions or learning disabilities would be valuable but not essential for the role.
